This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Coaching with RS, including digital products, online programs, coaching services, group containers, retreats and live events.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable resources, online content and self-paced programs, all sales are final once access is granted. Digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Coaching, Programs and Group Containers
Payments for coaching services, mentorship, group programs and online containers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page.
Your participation, results and experience are dependent on personal responsibility, engagement and individual circumstances. Refunds are not provided due to change of mind, lack of participation or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
Retreats and Live Events
Deposits for retreats or live events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. If full payment is required, refund terms will be clearly outlined on the event sales page.
We recommend obtaining travel insurance for retreats and live events, as we are not responsible for changes due to illness, travel disruptions or personal circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund or credit. Any such consideration does not set a precedent for future refunds.
